Londolozi
Londolozi Private Game Reserve is world renowned for its conservation ideology, innovative thinking, dedication to perfection and strong family values. This is one of my all time favourite Safari lodges and one that I can go back to again and again. The game viewing is some of the very best I have experienced in Soith Africa and they are particularly good at finding leopards.
The Londolozi experience is all about immersion into "life in the bush" and you'll be surprised at the range of activities that you can do in a day at Londolozi. Learn about ancient healing methods and philosophies; discuss environmental management; enjoy a nature massage; do bush yoga; visit the Shangaan village; see the John Varty cinematography centre; enjoy a moonlit bush dinner. There are also five camps to choose from within the Londolozi concession. They are all connected by a walkway through the Bush along the Sand River.
All their rangers and guides are true professionals, the food is delicious (Its a Relais Chateaux recognised Camp) but best of all the Varty family are really hands on and spend time mingling with the guests particularly over a camp fire late at night!
